Description
Higashimaru spice mix for okonomiyaki.
Usage / Direction
Preparation (for three okonomiyaki):
1. Add 100g of flour and one sachet of Okonomiyaki Mix in a bowl and mix well. Add two eggs and 150ml of water and mix to a dough.
2. Add 300g finely chopped cabbage and ingredients of your choice (seafood, leeks, tenkasu,...) and mix well.
3. Add pancake batter to a pan, add toppings of your choice and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes each side.
Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise and katsuobushi are often used as toppings. Enjoy!
