Takoyaki flour mix.
Usage / Direction
Preparation (for 25 Takoyaki):
1. Mix one bag of Takoyaki Mix with 100g flour
2. Add 350ml of water and one egg.
3. Heat the Takoyaki Pan and spread some oil evenly. Pour the dough into the pan and add your favourite ingredients (Tenkasu, Octopus, red pickled ginger, green onions etc.).
3. When the Takoyaki become crispy on the bottom, flip them with a skewer. Turn them until they are evenly golden brown. Enjoy!
sugar, salt, bonito extract, bonito flakes, soybean sauce powder, chicken extract, yam powder, kelp powder / monosodium glutamate (E621), baking powder, polysaccharide thickener.
