Description
Try a different kind of summer cool down with Maruchan hiyashi chuka cold ramen noodles. This pack contains five servings’ worth of pre-cooked hiyashi chuka (long, thin noodles made from wheat flour, salt, and brine water), as well as sachets of savoury soy sauce and vinegar soup. Hiyashi chuka is one of Japan’s most loved cold noodle dishes, and this version can be prepared on the stove or in the microwave in minutes flat.
Usage / Direction
1 - Boil the noodles:
Plenty of boiling water (approx. 1 liter)
Add noodles and boil for 4 minutes.
(During the process, loosen it slightly please)
2 - Cool the noodles in cold water and drain well.
The noodles are cooked
Soak it in a colander (water, etc.) and let it cool, then drain the water thoroughly.
Transfer to cold water (or ice)
3 - Arrange on a plate and pour the soup over it.
Place the liquid on a plate.
Pour over the soup, stir well, and enjoy.
