A rich Japanese-style soy sauce-flavored soup made with smooth and crispy noodles made using the Umaimama raw noodles method, and a rich taste of dried sardines.
Usage / Direction
1 - Boil the noodles:
Plenty of boiling water (approx. 1 liter)
Add noodles and boil for 4 minutes.
(During the process, loosen it slightly please)
2 - Cool the noodles in cold water and drain well.
The noodles are cooked
Soak it in a colander (water, etc.) and let it cool, then drain the water thoroughly.
Transfer to cold water (or ice)
3 - Arrange on a plate and pour the soup over it.
Place the liquid on a plate.
Pour over the soup, stir well, and enjoy.
