No, we ship within Switzerland only. Shipping costs will apply for orders under 80 CHF, and will be added at checkout.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. It usually takes 1-2 days for the carriers to delivery the order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Sorry, we currently do not accept returning orders. Contact us directly if you think we've made a mistake on the order, or if there is defect found for products we shipped. We will evaluate in a case by case bases.
