Description
House Koku No Zeitaku Cream Stew is a luxurious cream stew with a creamy dairy flavor, rich cheese, and fried onions. We use the best combination of ingredients depending on the season and crop conditions.
Usage / Direction
1. Heat oil in a heavy pot and saute chicken, onion, potato and carrot.
2. Add the water, bring to a boil, remove the scum, and simmer over low to medium heat for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender. 3.
3. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. 4.
4. Add the milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
