Description
The Daisho x Ippudo Plant-Based Spicy Dan Dan Hot Pot Soup Base is a vegan soup base that was developed in collaboration with the renowned ramen brand Ippudo. This variant brings the fiery flavours of classic dan dan soup to a plant-based hot pot experience.
Usage / Direction
1 Pour the entire contents of the packet into a pan.
2. heat slowly until the soup starts to simmer.
3. add ingredients such as tofu, mushrooms, pak choi, glass noodles or other vegetables as desired.
4. simmer everything together for approx. 5-10 minutes until the ingredients are cooked.
5. serve hot and enjoy!
