Dried Scallop & Mushroom Noodles are made with a scallop and mushroom stock, then fresh eggs are evenly mixed with the flour, broth and shrimps for a sweet and fresh flavour. The best scallop and mushroom noodles!
Usage / Direction
1. Stove top: Cook the noodles in 1~2 bowls of water, wait for the water to boil, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
2. Oven: Bake the noodles with 1~2 bowls of boiling water until soft, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
3. Microwave: Heat the noodles with 1~2 bowls of hot water until soft, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
＊The noodles have been steamed during the production process, adjust the cooking time according to your personal preference for softness
＊The soup base is made from fresh ingredients and can be consumed with the noodles after cooking. Adjusting the amount of water for your preferred soup consistency.
