Description
Dried Scallop & Mushroom Noodles are made with a scallop and mushroom stock, then fresh eggs are evenly mixed with the flour, broth and shrimps for a sweet and fresh flavour. The best scallop and mushroom noodles!
Usage / Direction
1. Stove top: Cook the noodles in 1~2 bowls of water, wait for the water to boil, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
2. Oven: Bake the noodles with 1~2 bowls of boiling water until soft, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
3. Microwave: Heat the noodles with 1~2 bowls of hot water until soft, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
*The noodles have been steamed during the production process, adjust the cooking time according to your personal preference for softness
*The soup base is made from fresh ingredients and can be consumed with the noodles after cooking. Adjusting the amount of water for your preferred soup consistency.
