Usage / Direction
1. Stove top: Cook the noodles in 1~2 bowls of water, wait for the water to boil, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks
2. Lo mein: Cook the noodles in 1~2 bowls of water, wait for the water to boil, then loosen the noodles with chopsticks, drained when ready, and pour soy sauce with ginger and scallion over the noodles
＊The noodles have been steamed during the production process, adjust the cooking time according to your personal preference for softness
＊The soup base is made from fresh ingredients and can be consumed with the noodles after cooking. Adjusting the amount of water for your preferred soup consistency.
