Hayashi rice is a widely loved Japanese dish on tomato basis which has reflects western cuisine in Japan.
With this Hayashi sauce roux, Japanese Hayashi Rice can be prepared with ease and very little ingredients.
It has a rich flavour with fragrant spices, the flavour and richness of slowly fried onions and mellow tomatoes.

Usage / Direction
184g the solid sauce, 350g thin sliced beef, 600g thin sliced onion, 900ml, You can add sliced button mushrooms.
Fry onion, add beef, fry further. And pour water, when it comes to a boil, remove the scum, and simmer it for about 15minutes. Stop the fire once, add and dissolve the solid sauce, and simmer it over low heat for about 10 minutes further. Serve this sauce atop or alongside cooked white rice.
