A traditional hot pot soup base mix that creates a tonkotsu (pork broth) style soup base, but completely plant-based. Use it for hot pots, shabu shabus, or just as a soup base for noodles and stews.
Usage / Direction
1. Pour the empty content of a pack of soup base into a pot and bring to a boil
2. Add your favorite ingredients and simmer for 5-10 mins.
3. Add ramen noodles if desired.
4. Shake well before use. Enjoy.
