This perfectly balanced sweet vinegar sauce is ideal for preparing authentic Shanghainese-style spareribs. It also goes great with other meats and noodles in the pan. Also suitable as a dipping sauce for finger food.

Usage / Direction

Marinate spareribs with salt. Fry spareribs in oil until cooked through. Add Sticky Sweet Vinegar Stir-fry Sauce and cook 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
