Description
Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce is a delicious sauce that combines sweet and sour flavours in a perfect combination. This sauce is made from a mixture of natural ingredients such as tomatoes, peppers, vinegar and sugar and is a versatile ingredient for many Asian dishes like sweet and sour pork/ spare rips, the favorite Cantonese-style chinese dish. Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce is great as a dip for spring rolls or vegetables, but also as a sauce for meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
Usage / Direction
Sweet & Sour Pork/Spare Ribs
Mix pork fillet with marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg).
Dust pork fillet with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Sauté red bell pepper and pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Sour Pork/ Spare Ribs and heat through. Add pork fillet and stir well.
