Red Rice Vinegar is a vinegar that is dark coloured, but lighter than black rice vinegar.
Usage / Direction
It makes a very good dipping sauce, and you can also use it in noodle, soup and seafood dishes.
Vinegar [80%], rice [20%]. Vinegar: distilled ethanol from sugar cane molasses.
