Description
The Japanese tonkotsu shoyu ramen broth is made by simmering vegetables, chicken and pork bones and adding sesame oil and soy sauce to bring out all the flavours.
Nissin Raoh Ramen has been developed using an advanced three-layer, no-frying process and is then paired with a rich and savoury umami broth.
The noodles contain whole wheat flour, which is more nutritious and has more fibre than regular wheat. The broth flavours in the Raoh Ramen line are inspired by popular ramen shops across Japan.
