Shanghai Noodle by Sau Tao are traditional Chinese noodles characterised by their smooth texture and authentic flavour. Ideal for soups, stir-fries and cold noodle salads
Usage / Direction
Add noodles into boiling water, stir constantly with chopsticks to avoid noodle stick together. Cook for about 4 minutes, rinse under running water, drain. Set aside.
Noodle in soup: Add with soup base and subsidiary food, ready to serve.
Noodle for stir-frying: stir fry the noodle with subsidiary food, ready to serve.
