Description
Classic soy sauce ramen in a vegan version. With a strong umami flavour and fine spices - authentically Japanese.
Usage / Direction
1. open the lid and remove all the pouches.
2. place the vegetable bag on top of the pasta.
3. fill up to the mark with boiling water.
4. close the lid and leave to infuse for 4 minutes.
5. remove the lid, add the soup base and spices and stir well

Noodles (wheat flour, salt, soy dietary fibre), soup (vegetable oil, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, sugar, protein hydrolysate, yeast extract, pepper, Chinese cabbage extract, seaweed powder), topping (tofu (soy), corn, pak choi), modified starch, colour (E150a), flavouring, lye water, anti-caking agent (E551), antioxidant (E307).
